I love the stage of life I’m in with my kids.
Don’t get me wrong – part of me itches to have a baby every time I hold one in my arms (or spot one around town). But with a 7 year old, and two 3 1/2 year olds, life is so much easier than it used to be. I can’t imagine going back to the days of diapers and late night feedings.
There’s a bit of freedom now. Everyone’s potty trained, everyone can at least partially dress themselves, buckle themselves into the car, they play independently (at times, anyway!)…
And I can now bring small handbags with me when I leave the house – no more diapers, wipes, toys, etc. to pack inside.
But they’re not allowed to get any older. I’m freezing time right now while my oldest still thinks it’s cool to hang out with me, and my youngest have yet to start school. Like I said, I’m loving this stage, and I’m not ready to grow out of it any time soon.

What do you love about your life right now? Are you in a stage that you absolutely love? If you’re a mom, what’s been your favorite stage with them? Are they out of diapers, or are you in the thick of potty training? Are you sleepless from middle of the night wake up calls? 🙂
