Fall Beauty Trends to Try

There are so many pretty fall beauty trends this year, and I can’t wait to try them all!

I spotted this picture of Emma Watson the other day (in the NY Times Style issue), and instantly wanted to try on this bold cat eye for size. I’ll spare you the pictures of my disastrous attempts (my youngest daughter asked me why I had marker on my eyes). Any professional makeup artists wanna come over and help a girl out?!

The Fall 2012 catwalks were full of fresh looks with bold lips like this look from Michael Kors.

And Rachel Zoe showed off flowy locks with a single braid.

Speaking of beauty, I just had a pumpkin peel done yesterday with Jillian over at Prischmann Facial Plastic Surgery – I left feeling so rejuvenated. If you’re as big a fan of the scent of pumpkin as I am, you’ve got to try it out. I’m told it’s a favorite of Halle Berry. I guess I’d say they’re working for her!

Last year’s table decor was more streamlined, but we went… [Continue Reading]

  • Well like I said here, I’m diggin’ the jumpsuit craze.  You? I’ve taken my three jumpers into fall by layering them up. Scarf, denim shirt and wrap sweater paired with my favorite new pumpkin tote bag {Hannah Shoulder Tote c/o Robert Matthew}.  Perfect. Done.  Easy.  And I can’t forget to mention… Wrinkle-proof! Which is exactly how my life… [Continue Reading]

  • One of Mahatma Gandhi’s most famous quotes is, “Be the good that you wish to see in the world.” Here at Wild Ruffle, it’s kind of our mantra. That’s why we couldn’t be more thrilled to be participating in Cents of Style and Jane.com’s “Be The Good” campaign, benefitting Girls, Inc – an organization dedicated to… [Continue Reading]
