Fashion Re-Mix, Take 2

Remember when I re-mixed my black and white striped tank for 7 days in a row? (You can find a summary of that re-mix here.) These remix challenges to myself consist of a few steps. First, select an item you’re not going to get sick of quickly. Then, wear it every day for a week. Here’s the kicker though: it needs to look completely different each time. Therein lies the challenge.

I’m back at it for another go, this time with my chambray shirt.

I kind of feel like a cheater, because chambray is so darn easy to re-mix and re-wear in completely different ways. Is it cheating when it feels easy?

And because I’m a sucker for all things shiny, why not kick off a week of the same shirt with a little sparkle? Because there’s nothing wrong with feeling bright and shiny. Amy I right people?!

I can’t wait to show you the seven different looks that I’ll be coming up with. Each and every one of my remixes have been so fun. I love trying to come up with new ways to wear what I already own. It’s like shopping from my own closet. You can do it too! You’ll be surprised at the many different ways you can wear what you own. Instead of grabbing it and doing the same old thing, you’ll expand your wardrobe without buying a thing. I’d love to hear about it if you give it a try!

  1. Stopping by from Pleated Poppy – and excited to check out your other remix and see more of this one. I could definitely do my chambray shirt 7 days in a row, they’re just so darn versatile. But I don’t know how you’re going to top the fabulousness of this – it’s SO great with sequins and jeans!
