Pumpkin lovers, we’ve got another good one for you today!

Side note – if you haven’t already read Tammy’s recipe for the world’s easiest pumpkin muffins (TWO ingredients people!), stop what you’re doing and give this a click.

Now that I’ve got you back, read on for a DIY facial scrub recipe that smells so good you’re going to want to eat it up. But show some self control, because if you do that, you’ll be missing out on the delicious results you’ll see on that freshly glowing face of yours.

I love a good scrub, and you probably remember my go-to DIY recipe for my coconut oil/baking soda exfoliant. It’s gentle and moisturizing, and leaves my super dry skin feeling refreshed. I use it every night!

But I also love a great fall scent… and that’s where the pumpkin pie scrub comes in.

Though there’s not an actual drop of pumpkin in it, the scent will remind you of a yummy autumn pie, baking up nice and hot in the oven. Except it’s going on your face, not in your mouth. It’s pie, with zero calories – the best kind ever.

So read on for the easy hot-to, and get ready to put your best face forward this fall!

DIY pumpkin pie face scrub/exfoliant. Smells amazing, moisturizes, and leaves your skin with a fresh glow

ingredients

1 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup baking soda

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– Melt the coconut oil over the stovetop, and stir in the other ingredients. Pour into your jar of choice. As it cools, the coconut oil will begin to separate, so continue to stir every few minutes until completely room temperature.

– After washing your makeup off, rub a small amount all over your face, then wipe off.
