Let’s be honest, most of us don’t love going to the gym. Sure, there are those celebrities who say they do, but I’m pretty sure they’re lying.

I, for one, have a million better ways I could spend my days than hanging out on the treadmill. However, I have friends willing to meet me there, kids that love the childcare center, monetary incentive (if I go 12 times in a month I get a discount), and a membership to a club with great amenities. So I go. Unless the kids are under the weather, I generally go often.

If I’m going to spend a lot of my time somewhere, I might as well look good while I’m at it. I scouted out some of the cutest workout apparel for you, as well as something to carry them in, and posted them here. They’re so adorable that they just might entice you to hop on that treadmill!

    i break my sweat by walking (yesterday we did 2.3) or doing my dancing with the stars workout video. but i also find myself needing a head band when i’m cleaning the house!

  2. I am not a fan of exercise but I do it for my health. My absolute favorite piece of work out gear is my Lucy Powermax pant! Also love Athleta so I was glad to see some of their items highlighted here today.

  3. Some of the ways I break a sweat in these days of motherhood:

    1). When my son climbs the tree in our backyard….I automatically break out in a sweat…..until he comes down!

    2). Doing yard work while the kids play outside

    3). Going for a fast paced walk while the kids ride their bikes and while I walk our 60lb dog.

    4). Pushing my very full cart through target with a crabby 4 year old in tow that is having a melt down……I go faster to get everything on my list and pretend I am not sweating……but I really am. πŸ™‚

  4. My latest favorite is Body Pump…such a great all-over strength training class. On vacation in Florida right now and a run on the beach as the sun comes up is also hard to beat… πŸ™‚

  5. We just got a membership at the Y over spring break and I have say right now I’m addicted! The kids love going too. Doesn’t get better then that.

  6. I am a treadmiller or a block walker…I plan to sign up for a few 5K and maybe the 10mile again this summer/fall to give me a little motivation!

  7. I love to break a sweat doing several classes: Cardio and core, step and muscle, and plain old step aerobics! Cute headbands!!

  8. Love these headbands! I am currently working on getting my post baby body back, so I’ve been working out with my trainer. We do interval cardio and weight lifting.

  9. Run with my daughter in the BOB stroller and my lab Zoe! Take fitness classes when I can and Sculpt class at Core Power. Would love to add this to my workout apparel!

  10. I love Strike! Classes, P90X and Brazil Butt Lift, when I have to workout at home! Do your best and forget the rest πŸ˜‰

  11. As I was touring the site, I found myself making a purchase. You inspired me!
    Typically, working out keeps me sane. While pregnant, it’s a little different, and I’m very much looking forward to getting back to my “real” self … especially working out. No kidding. I would be a totally different person if i didn’t work out, and I very much like the person I am when I do.
