What else could I be wild about right now but all the pretty Christmas decs up?
I already showed off my Christmas table decor, and pictures from my front porch (and those of some friends too!) but I just had to share what the inside of my home looks like this year.
And bonus – a couple friends were kind enough to give you a peek inside their homes as well! I love seeing how other people live, don’t you?!
Isn’t Jen’s mantel gorgeous? I love her use of greenery mixed with neutral colors.
You know I love all things chalkboard – why did I not think to chalkboard a Christmas banner?!
A pretty windowsill reminds us to feel merry.
You can’t forget to give the bannister the Christmas treatment too!
I love how Jen mixed and mis-matched her chargers on their Christmas table.
I switched out the traditional red and green from years past and went with new neutral pillows and a couple pops of red. I love that it still feels festive but fresh.
Today I’m celebrating the life of my grandfather, who just passed a couple of days ago. He carved and painted this Santa years ago, and I love that I have this reminder of him in my kitchen. To learn how to make these trees, copy the first step of this DIY, then wrap ribbon, using hot glue as you go.

My friend Laura just moved into a pretty home in Minneapolis, and I helped her put together her Christmas decorations the other day. I loved her neutral palette. She plans to add a few more pops of red, and she’ll be all set.
I wanted to rip the wallpaper right down from her walls and hang it in my home. Isn’t it the coolest?!
