The shoes that my husband loves to hate – well, they’re back. Once again.
Sorry, love of my life. I know you think they’re ugly and weird. But I’m going to keep on wearing these suckers despite your feelings. Love me anyway, mmmkay? Okay then.
When I won’t wear them? When I’m going to be standing on my feet for 8 hours. I wore them to help backstage at my girls’ dance recital a couple of months ago, and my legs swelled after standing so long. Then they started swelling right through the straps. Let me tell ya, it wasn’t pretty. Ack!
So I’ve learned when NOT to wear them. But I will be wearing them as much as possible. People love them or hate them (there appears to be no in between) but I’m sticking to love.
What are your thoughts on the gladiator sandal? The style doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon. Maybe you should jump on board with me and get a pair for yourself. There are tons of options out there, in either tall or short, heels or flats.
PS – I got my hair chopped just a couple of days ago. I shared a sneak peek on IG, but more pics are coming soon. I’m liking it more and more!
